Falsified condition of the bills, claiming crisp. Turn out not crisp. Sellers images depict a few dirty, about less than half, arrived more than half dirty. Bent corners and plenty of folds across many of the bills. Nearly none in acceptable condition. Seller attempted to bribe with gifts, argue about what crisp means, and would use other ways to argue such as claiming its circulated, been through war, and other things. But description says crisp and images show more than 80% clean/decent.
