    It's hard to determine the size but I would say try the medium if you are not sure as the large has lots of material on the arms and the small is OK on the arms but has less at the midriff part. Overall it's an interesting item that could work for me as I want to cover my arms but I don't want to be hot as I will be wearing another top.
