As allowed, there was a small and almost imperceptible glass scuff mark on the screen (required light reflection to see). It was completely invisible once a screen protector was put on (or the phone was on without a protector). iPhone works great. Service activation was smooth. In all, an excellent transaction. I got exactly what I expected and wanted: a phone just about indistinguishable from new in normal use. Batt health: 91%
