It was also just broken, the RCA subwoofer output on the back just doesn't work. I decided not to send it back or get a refund because I really don't want to be without a stereo for however long it takes to ship back/order a new one, and the stereo they sent me gets the job done for the most part... but I definitely didn't get what I paid for.
