Scam is the word comes to mind. Be very careful when purchasing from KIT Ent. item description and pictures don't match, as a large star scratch top dead center of spout is visible. The weight of product doesn't match shipping cost or size. Maybe why he never shipped product. label was printed and never shipped. Found out over a week later after unit was due at my door step. Shipping time never happened. Could have offered a discount , however I feel this is a dishonest account, no more excuses

Rather than be angry and bitter like this buyer I will instead bring attention to the fact that I have been selling on eBay for over 12 years with a 100% positive feedback score (until now). Buyer accused transaction of being a scam before I ever had a chance to reply to him and told me he was leaving me a negative review before I ever shipped his item. He called me a liar without any proof. I decided to issue a full refund rather than do business with him and risk additional problems
