I messaged Adam (Grabawatch) I wanted to find the cost of repair from Certina and that a delay in return should be honoured. No reply. Certina confirmed the watch was defective at purchase and a hefty repair cost of £212. Informed Adam, no reply. My return request though was closed within a few hours. That's shocking behaviour for a 'reputable' seller. Trading Standards and small claims court next.
