As you know this item is totally misrepresented in the picture & most of the description.it is merely a flat piece of plastic that mounts on. The wall and holds the eGO charger vertically. eBay agreed and refunded my money.

I quickly communicated with the buyer when they had an issue and offered to refund their money. Upon reading the description of the item and looking at the product photos, it's clear that I'm selling a wall mount for storing the charger. Our entire store is wall mounts.
