The coin was advertised as PCGS PR70 and arrived slabbed as such, but it had tarnish that appeared to be fingerprints on the obverse and reverse. I failed to notice the tarnish in the photos, thinking them reflections. But, the price was consistent with its actual condition so it is acceptable.
