I have a similar pair that has adjustable straps, this one doesnt, I wish I had been able to see that in the pictures or in the dicription...so a little disappointed in that, because they are harder to get into than my other ones, hoping they stretch out quickly. Other than that they are in great condition and I like them well enough, once you're in them they are very comfortable
