The head shell arrived exactly as pictured and within the 20 days and securely packed. The communication was great as well. The seller even personally called me to ask if I was going with a natural finish or if I was going to use tolex on it and he also asked what kind of mounting system my amp had, as sometimes they require different sized holes. Absolutely satisfied. Can’t wait to buy a speaker cabinet next! Incredible work.
