    I was contacted by OEM shortly after posing my neutral comments regarding the delay in receiving a reply to my request for an exchange of the incorrect seal. OEM were unable to locate the message from me in their inbox and the 30 day window for returning the incorrect item had expired. They then offered the correct replacement part and postage. This excellent service was the best possible outcome.

I pointed this out and a no quibble part refund was issued with sincere apologies. Unit was just over half the price from a British company who quoted. Don't forget to add import duty.
