I was very disappointed when I did not hear back from the seller when an issue occurred with my purchase. For some reason, the order was returned back to the seller. I am still not sure what happened because I never got a response from the seller when I inquired and tried to remedy whatever the issue may have been. This item was very sentimental and therefore I said I wanted to re-purchase the item and figure out whatever the shipping issue might have been, but I did not get a response.
