There are many technicians to choose from for the repair of our vintage gear, but not very many techs work on Walkmans. I get it, they're difficult to work on, and may take three or four times longer to perform the same duties compared to a full-size deck. This being said, this started out with great communication, and it was easy to ship my unit to the technician, he kept me in the loop and brought back my wm6dc perfectly. Highly recommended! A+++

I found Voss Arts and communicated prior to sending it in. I was impressed they were familiar with this particular model and had experience. Long story short, my Aiwa lives again and works perfectly. Quality of work, customer service, all top notch. I definitely will use Voss Arts again for small electronics repair.
