But this store and I communicated and resolved the issue. It was just a minor repair issue which involved a loose wire plug connection to the motherboard which happened when he installed the extra memory I ordered. He showed me what to do and I was able to quickly snap the plug into place and that solved the charging problem. I was very happy not to have to wipe it and ship it back. The laptop is FAST!!! and Awesome!!
