The buyers are helpful and replaced the defective recoil with a new recoil unfortunately The Recoil they gave me broke just like the first one did soon as I pull started my generator four times and then the cord pulled out of the assembly, and to fix that you have to completely disassemble the whole generator out of the casing and it takes about an hour I am severely disappointed and frustrated this product is junk
