The KVM arrived in good time and was a very neat tidy unit and appeared as described. However, in my particular circumstances the unit did not function correctly with my wired aluminium Mac keyboard when plugged into the keyboard socket as per the instructions. It did work when plugged into a USB 3 port. This began a lengthy and often frustrating exchange of messages, pictures and videos to find a resolution. With no joy the final result was a full refund, which brought a positive conclusion.
