- 7***d (121)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseDvd was supposed to be ‘Like New’…. well what a joke that is!!! The box was okay but the dvd which is the important part was covered in dust and grit on the disc… upon trying to wipe said disc it has left the disc marked and scuffed…. Now I understand why there was no pictures of the disc. Once again I will have to buy another copy. Currently on eBay there is a big culture of everyone saying their dvds as like new when they are clearly looking anything but brand new.Reply from: benandjun- Feedback replied by seller benandjun.- Feedback replied by seller benandjun.Sorry to hear you were not happy with the DVD. It was sent promptly in a bubble-wrap envelope. I checked it before sending: the cover art was better than in my photos (pics taken in poor light); I checked the play-side of the disc and there were no visible scratches or scuffs. Fyi, to clean the disc I use running water and dry gently with a soft cotton towel, this does not damage the disc. If it’s not working properly, I can send you a replacement disc, which I have tested & it plays perfectly.
