I placed the order on 4/26/24 m, the product clearly said it was going to be delivered on 4/29/24, comes 4/30/24 I reached out to audiosaving and I got a response saying “we don’t priority shipping and that 2 day shipping means it takes 2 days for our warehouse to process”. To top this off they were closed on 4/29-4/30. I needed the unit on 5/4 but I don’t know how or who got involved I got the unit on 5/3. Audio saving you guys are good but plz train your staff well and follow what is posted.
