Only provided a picture of the can on the return. Asked for example photos of the color. Buyer replied that is wasn't the color they wanted. Asked for the model/serial of their Hyster to get the correct color. Customer never sent. Turns out that it wasn't for a forklift anyway. Did everything we could possibly do to get this resolved. We just refunded the paint because the buyer refused to respond to any efforts on our end to help them out. Buyers remorse.
