I've read some users saying it wasn't loud enough. They must have had an older version or something was wrong. I can't turn it full volume with music it's really loud but the speakers compared to my Cardo OR the Harley wire helmet set are FAR and ABOVE cleaner full clarity and bass. I'm a musician and they are terrific. Connecting to my phone was sweet.
