Unfortunately for me, the product I recieved seems to be defective, so I wasted my money. The device is stuck in set up mode and I have been through all of the trouble shooting steps multiple times but nothing works. Due to the device’s age the manufacturer no longer provides technical support - not the sellers fault, but a fact of life that sucks for me.
