I ordered a part (complete head with blades) for my Norelco shaver and they sent me the wrong part. It looks the same but it is very slightly larger and will not fit on my shaver. It took almost two weeks to get here. I have called twice and was told to leave my name and number and they would call me back ASAP. It's been all day and no call-back. Heck of a way to run a national sales company.
