I was prepared to consult the League of Nations with a war proposal after I tried to attach this trim but the brackets kept popping loose as I went along. The trim is straight, not curved. However, with a soft cloth as protection, I gave each bracket a few firm palm poundings from the chrome side, and they all "clicked" solidly in place. Also the trim is malleable enough to conform to the curve. Looks sharp. Now I have to wash the truck.
