    The Windham, NH Post Office refuses mail from the carrier Station in Salem, N.H. even though the Office personnel In Windham knows the recipient. If address only has a street address USPS Employees in Windham send the package back to sender. Package is marked: "insufficient address" by Windham. Customer Service/"common sense" should prevail. My P.O. Box is 291. I had to "rescue" a package in the Salem Office after Windham had rejected it.
