I never had problems with this brand but this pulley its seems to be defects. I have already fitted on my car so I can't take it out and send it back. You cannot fix anything yourself on vehicles yourself. The fault seems to be with another component on your car as two pulleys cannot be faulty at same time. We supply 12 months warranty and you have the option to return for a claim. It will obviouly be rejected if the fault lies with another component on your car. Thanks.
