Before buying it I reached out to see if they could pack the toilet lid extra well since I had just received a broken one bought from a different vendor who did not pack it well nor put any fragile stickers on that box. Yet this seller I am reviewing proactively addressed my concern by wrapping it in lots of foam wrap and extra cushioning and put several fragile stickers on.
