    I had an issue with the first set being really stiff. I contacted the seller and he has been really good to deal with and making sure the problem is resolved. Great company to do business with.

    Customer contacted us and said ball joints were stiff. Something XRF is known for is their "Low Friction" ball joints. In any case we asked him to give them a week to see if they loosen up. We just checked our ebay messages in case we missed another message of his but no, he never contacted us again and now leaves negative feedback. We contacted him just now and asked him if he would like a replacement set.
