Case & individual boxes looked OK (not great, just OK) but crackers within have been shambles. Less then 50% intact & the rest crumbs. Surprisingly neither case nor boxes show signs of gross mishandling. My question is "Is there any way, if I order again, that I can get some TLC for the trip here to NYC? The crumbs make for a fine pie crust, but that was not my intended use. Any suggestions? CD, NYC
