Opening the atlas I found 3 coffee mug stains and on pages 51-52 there was evidence of water contact. None of this actually interfered with the usability of the atlas, however. The price (which because it included postage) was ok.

It's no bother to me but a message would have been nice to explain the situation. I would still buy from this seller again.
