Offered to return the incorrect item if seller sent prepaid label on several occasions. Messaged numerous times asking for update (Now 20 days) & have been ignored. Unfortunately after reading other feedback comments others have suffered the same. Pay your money & take a chance, but it appears every now and then someone doesn't get what they ordered, my turn this time!

After a brief swap of messages with the seller, he has apologised for the lost item, provided a refund and said I can keep the item if it ever turns up (over 3 weeks later and still no sign of it!!) Great customer service though - can't fault them for that and would definitely recommend the seller in future

It took a while for the package to get to me due to being sent by Royal Mail who seem to think it acceptable to delay parcels as and when they feel like it, delivery took just under 2 weeks. No issues with the seller Invicta Angling who dispatched my items as soon as they received my order.
