It also had bubble wrap inside the tube and a fabric sleeve that the rod was in. Of all the rods I have received in the mail, this was the best packaging by far!!! The condition is excellent. The appearance was great. It seems a very good value. I think it will make a great surf rod. Shipping was delayed due to USPS delay. Recommend seller. Thank You!
