I bought one of these for my 5 pin DIN IBM model M 122 key keyboard and it worked great. I also have a unicomp 122 key ps2 rubber dome keyboard that I use at night so I don't rattle the dreams of my housemates. I had been using a Soarers with it but this is way less of a pain in the ass to configure. Shipping took a bit but I expected it and it was totally worth the wait. Thanks tinkerboy!

Works perfectly. Connected the adapter to my IBM F XT, plugged it into my PC and loaded VIAL and was able to both select the correct XT layout and remap the keys, including a full secondary layer. Absolutely perfect.
