I would recommend this screen replacement.
The positives: lowest cost option that I have found. Easy installation. Fully compatible with iPhone 8 Plus. The screen resolution is the same (as far as I can tell). The camera works correctly. This functioned correctly as plug and play. Very fast shipping from within USA.
The negatives: the camera is noticeably lower resolution. However you can swap out your old camera and it works just fine. The screen is also noticeably dimmer than the original.
