You forgot that your size had also changed with time. I also included a measurement chart in which you saw the measurements in centimeters. You where to do a comparism of those dimentions before choosing the appropriate size that corresponds to you. Note that sizes like XL, XXL , §XL are not universal. They are allocated for regions and countries. I bought another pair in 4X according to “your size chart”and there miles to big.
