Part supplied was incorrect, with a cover plate 4mm too long, which caused internal gearbox damage and left it needing replacement. Returned item for refund but seller falsely claimed we swapped it for a used part. We have the old pack, gearbox, and photos proving otherwise. Very dishonest handling and costly mistake.
