- t***t (518)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe laptop seems in good working condition and cosmetically clean. It comes with Windows 11 Pro installed as promised. However, there is one major issue: It ships with Windows 11 Pro build 21H2 which has been out of support since October 8, 2024 which cannot be updated via Windows Update. No more OS or security updates ever. I was able to manually upgrade to the newest build using an ISO, but I am a Microsoft certified tech. I wouldn't recommend this for your average users.
