The part did not fit the stock 1974 Honda CB200 front brake caliper without modification. Two things were manufactured incorrectly at the caliper end of the cable: 1) the diameter of the washer at the spring exceeds the diameter of the threads which does not allow passage into the caliper housing and 2) the lead end of the cable is 1/4” whereas the pivot insert of the actuator arm allows only 7/32”. Both the washer and the lead cable end required careful and tedious reduction in size to fit .
