the item is as described, fits my 35mm stands correctly and arrived in extremely quick time. A flaw is the M8 thread, mine is not 90°/square and so does not pass thru the slotted internal hole to allow squash/grip of the plastic insert for the stand/speaker upright. If I didnt do a modification Im not sure how long the M8 thread would take to strip out if used regularly.
