    Book described as very good. Book arrived today, took a very long time to arrive ( seller said shipping from out of country- tho seller did not inform of such until I inquired). Book is in "good condition" I would say due to watermark stains on several pages at beginning of book and also on the picture pages. Book is definitely readable, but rates neutral feedback for the reasons noted above.
