      Game was marketed as sealed and the image used on the listing showed a factory sealed game with no damage to the seal wrap, but what arrived was a game with the seal wrap noticeably damaged in multiple places (to the point it was hanging off) - sent images of this to them and asked for a replacement, and they said "the seal is not part of the product so it has reached you in perfect condition" - as such, I strongly advise collectors of sealed games to avoid this seller as they are not honourable

      Really sorry that you were not happy with your game. We did ask you to return it for a refund, which you declined. Sorry the packaging / outer film was torn we do not claim games are collector standard our games are new and for playing if you were unsure as a collector please message us before purchase.
