    DEFINETLY NOT 5 STARS BUT..Hilariously, I have to wait 7 days to give negative feedback....item arrived in torn plastic bag with no protection or packaging inside to protect the item, which was a pillow im going to be laying upon. Hardly safe or sanitary. Very poor packaging by the company concerned. They must realise delivery drivers don't care how they handle their packages and this was bound to happen. Now I will have a battle trying to get refunded.
