    This seller has been wrongly affected by the very poor performance of Royal Mail through no fault of their own. The item eventually arrived in a brand new condition. Would i buy from this seller again ? of course i would. This seller looks after their customers and wants them to have a positive experience. If something is not right then just talk.     I replied to this buyer on the day he emailed (30th Oct) advising that another order was running late but was delivered today. I asked the buyer to get back to get back to me if the item did not arrive. I received no reply so assumed everything was ok. Gutted to see that rather than getting back in touch he decides to just leave Negative feedback. At least give me the courtesy of confirming the item has still not arrived so I can raise a claim and send a replacement which I would have done.
