Board swap was a little fiddly but some angled tweezers helped to get the ribbon cable attached. All working 100% again, fantastic!

I also mentioned that I had also ordered a set of ribbon cables. Both items were bundled together and the postage costs were reduced. The parts arrived very quickly and the SoundDock was soon playing again. A few days after returning the faulty part I received the £4 exchange fee. Excellent service. I would certainly use again.
