    A very bad experience. Item ordered on October 16th, 2024. No shipping confirmation after waiting 10 days. Requested cancellation. Seller refused to cancel, and order still shows as "awaiting shipment." Messaged seller through Ebay on Oct. 31st, asking to stop shipment and refund money. No reply from seller. Messaged again on Nov. 25th; still no reply. Initiated Ebay request for refund on Nov. 29th, but seller ignored this as well. As of Dec. 9th, still no response from seller, and no refund.
