Looks as described on the site, had to adjust the belt which was easy to do, came a day later than the estimate but that was down to the courier but I didn't mind, I think the distance is in KM, probably be better with a frame to hold to keep you stable but I have it along the fireplace to rest my hand on when feeling unstable until I get used to it, good quality and good value.
