Very healthy cultures. I was able to start baking lively, well developed sourdough loaves in just a few days. It's a very nice, mellow sourdough culture. Not a very strong or tart flavor. I like the strong ones too but this is a lovely balanced culture. The kombucha and kefir are still working through but I can definitely tell the cultures are healthy and thriving.
