Ordered parts, Waited a week for tracking. Got nothing. Contacted seller and was told parts were waiting on manufacturer to deliver. Description said 10 or more available. Waited another week. asked for update. Still waiting on manufacturer. Am I to believe an hvac supply company can't get 14 inch flex duct within 2 weeks??
