Shipping label was created in El Monte, CA Sept 29. Package was not actually MAILED until Oct 3 from Vancouver, Washington according to tracking #. Delivered Oct 6. Seller said package HAD BEEN MAILED Oct 1 when I emailed asking if there was a problem. SOOOOOOOOOO... ordered Sept 21, DELIVERED October 6. Wanted to give a new seller a chance. Probably won't want to do THAT again.

Seller had communicated concerns about shipping via USPS Priority Mail to a PO Box. Buyer responded in a timely manner to the Seller with an alternate address. No additional communications from the Seller, and Buyer was expecting to see shipping info from the Seller. Instead the Buyer received notification from PayPal that a refund was issued. Not the Buyer's fault that the Seller listed with FREE shipping. Seller should have honored sale.
