    Could have been shipped faster, but that is mostly USPS's fault, because they are super slow. Phone could also have been packaged with a bit better care. Most of all, the phone was not in grade a condition as described. Both speakers were blown and the back glass was bulging due to an improper adhesive application. I am rating my experience with 4 stars solely because the seller agreed to send me a partial refund of $30 to cover the cost of new speakers. This provided me with much joy. Thank you
