Packaging was very poor, just threw the retail-boxed docking station into a thin, non-padded envelope. As expected box was pretty crushed but luckily product inside was intact. Price on the dock was good so I did get good value, but a bit bummed about the box which as a collector I am keeping. B+

When notified about the error, responded promptly by sending the correct item. Correct item is currently en route. Hoping there are no issues with the third attempt. Overall, good communication and timely responses. Shipping speed is slow, but hard to complain about free shipping.
